Return and Refund Policy

At SUNFADED, each item is made to order. Because our products are printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color, accidental orders, or change of mind.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at order.support@sunfadedcoastal.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable.

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund at our discretion. In most cases, you do not need to return the item unless we specifically request it.

Lost packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to determine the best resolution.

Size and color selection

Please review all size charts, product descriptions, and product images carefully before placing your order. Because our items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong color, or no longer want the item.

Please note that slight variations in color, print placement, garment texture, and garment finish may occur due to screen settings, garment-dyeing, fabric differences, and print production. These normal variations are not considered defects.

Address errors and unclaimed packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, missing apartment or unit number, failed delivery attempt, or an unclaimed package, reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Cancellations and order changes

Orders are sent into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at priority.support@sunfadedcoastal.com. We can only cancel or change an order if production has not started. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Unauthorized returns

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
