Thank you for shopping with SUNFADED. Our products are made to order, which means each item is produced after your order is placed.

Order production time

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. Production time does not include shipping/transit time.

During holidays, product launches, sales, high-volume periods, supplier delays, or carrier disruptions, production may take longer.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery time includes:

1. Production time, plus
2. Shipping carrier transit time.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Once an order leaves production and is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items ordered, shipping destination, and available shipping methods.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately. This can happen when items are produced at different facilities or require different packaging. You will receive tracking information as it becomes available.

Domestic shipping

We currently ship to The United States. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

International shipping

We currently DO NOT offer international shipping at this time.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges required by the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at priority.support@sunfadedcoastal.com. We can only update the address if the order has not shipped and if the change is still available through our fulfillment system.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Returned-to-sender packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, missing apartment or unit number, failed delivery, or an unclaimed package, we will contact you about possible reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost packages

If your tracking has not updated or your package appears lost, please contact us at order.support@sunfadedcoastal.com. If the estimated delivery date has passed, we may ask you to allow a few additional business days for carrier delays before a lost-package claim is submitted.

Lost-package claims must be reported no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Packages marked delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, building staff, or your local carrier.

We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, but we will do our best to help you review the situation.

Shipping delays

Carrier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, customs, high shipping volume, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

If an unexpected delay prevents us from shipping your order within the stated or estimated timeframe, we will notify you when required and provide available options, which may include a revised shipment estimate or cancellation/refund if applicable.
